By accessing or using our services, including our property listings, credit system, boost features, and encrypted messaging, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms

- If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
Property Listings
- You must have the legal right to list any property on our platform
- All property information must be accurate and truthful
- You are solely responsible for the content of your listings
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
- Property boundaries drawn on maps are for representation purposes
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided property information
Credits & Payments
- Credits can be purchased to list properties beyond the free tier limit
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Pricing is subject to change; existing credits remain valid at their purchased value
- We reserve the right to modify credit packages and pricing at any time
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the payment system may result in account termination
Boost & Advertising
- Boost packages increase the visibility of your property listings
- Boosted listings appear in premium positions but do not guarantee sales
- Boost duration and placement are as described at time of purchase
- We reserve the right to decline or remove boosted content that violates policies
- Boost performance metrics are provided for information only
- No refunds are provided for boost packages once activated
- Boost features do not constitute an endorsement of the property by Jameen Deal
Messaging Guidelines
- All messages between users are end-to-end encrypted for your privacy
- Only the sender and recipient can read message contents
- You agree to use messaging only for legitimate property-related communications
- Harassment, spam, or abusive messages are strictly prohibited
- Sharing illegal, fraudulent, or misleading information via messages is prohibited
- We may suspend messaging privileges for users who violate these guidelines
- Report any suspicious or abusive messages to our support team
Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
- Using the platform for illegal purposes or activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with or disrupting our services
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users via messages or listings
- Spamming users with unwanted messages or promotional content
- Copying, distributing, or modifying our content without permission
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
Limitation of Liability
- Jameen Deal is a platform connecting buyers and sellers
- We do not verify the accuracy of property listings
- We are not responsible for transactions between users
- Users should conduct their own due diligence before any property transaction
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
Modifications to Service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services
- We will try to provide notice of significant changes when possible
- We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation
- New features may be subject to additional terms
- We may update these Terms of Service periodically
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration
- The laws of India shall govern these terms
- Courts in Bathinda, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction
- You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
